Our Commitment to Accuracy
NewsAnarchist takes factual accuracy seriously. Our credibility depends on getting facts right. When we make mistakes, we correct them promptly and transparently.
How We Handle Errors
Minor corrections (typos, formatting) are made directly without formal notice.
Substantive corrections (factual errors, misattributions): the article is updated, a correction notice is added to the top stating what changed and when, and the original error is preserved in the notice.
Retractions
If an article's central premise is fundamentally flawed, we issue a retraction notice prominently displayed at the top. Retracted articles remain published rather than being silently deleted.
AI-Assisted Content
Articles labeled "AI-Assisted" draw from real sources linked in every article but may contain AI-generated analysis. Report inaccuracies using the process below.
How to Report an Error
Contact corrections@newsanarchist.com with the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and the correct information with a supporting source. We respond within 48 hours.
Our Sources
We draw from Hacker News, government databases (Federal Register, CourtListener), FOIA requests (MuckRock), community platforms (Reddit), and independent outlets. Every article links to primary sources.
