Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, provide the following in writing to our designated agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same agent. We will process counter-notices in accordance with DMCA requirements.

Repeat Infringers

NewsAnarchist will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Fair Use

NewsAnarchist publishes commentary, criticism, and news reporting. Use of copyrighted material for these purposes may constitute fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107. We evaluate all takedown notices carefully with this in mind.
