Indonesia and mobile number bypass

I wanted to use Instagram (yes I know its bad but I need something out of there), problem is it require a number to register. Moreover, Indonesia have law that needs your ID for a number. Usually if i really need it then i will just go "Fine whatever" but the purpose of this instagram acc is to be disconnected with my irl stuff. Is there any way?
